The COVID-19 Pandemic cancelled our March 10, 2020 presentation of six handmade Griffin instruments for Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra donors at the monthly "RPO TO THE MAX." The good news is that it is tentatively rescheduled for May 12, 2020, but we will see if things are rolling by then. The presentation will feature orchestra colleagues Tigran Vardanian and Thomas Rodgers, and myself performing on these instruments, as well as intriguing discussion of Stradivari and del Gesu instrument characteristics, and their influence on players and the world of violinmaking.
